Tony Lugo
Tony Lugo is an experienced director of short form narrative, documentary work, and music videos. He has directed live shows for artists such as Willie Nelson and began his artistic career as an award-nominated production designer. He later honed his skills in cinematography and editing before fully pursuing a directing career. Born and raised in Austin, Texas to a Latino blue-collar family, Tony developed a strong work ethic early in life. Seeking adventure and challenge, he joined the United States Marine Corps and traveled abroad to Cuba, Greece, and Ireland. After completing his service, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his passion in the creative arts. Tony was thrice selected as a scholar by the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) and was also chosen as a Leadership Fellow by Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME) in recognition of his leadership and volunteerism.
Andrew McGregor
Andrew McGregor has an eclectic background in the not-for-profit and social enterprise worlds, drawing from his expertise as a filmmaker, inventor, writer, chessboxing champion, entrepreneur, frequent TEDx speaker, mentor, Highlands Games athlete, photojournalist, bagpiper, magician, Curator of MindshareLA, and a founder of The Tiziano Project. He was named one of LA’s 40 Most Interesting People by LA Weekly, was part of a team that won the SXSW Interactive Award for Activism, won the ‘Foreigner’ division of an Independence Day Chess Tournament in Kazakhstan, was featured in the Sports section of The New York Times, and received a Certificate of Appreciation from the City Council of Los Angeles.
